About Us

For more than 14 years we supported founding and operating private Universities in Egypt and Now Sinai Universities have more than 14000 students in Sinai University Arish and Kantara University
2018 we founded International Capital for Education and acquire 50 Acres land in a prime location in new capital to launch Capital Universities our first project approved by the ministry of higher education to host international programs Under law 162 for 2018

Our Campus.

Capital Universities is a leading educational institution created to cater for the demand of renovated higher education and to provide distinguished education for a better generation. Capital Universities designed to accommodate over 15,000 full-time students based on full operation capacity in multiple academic areas. the campus is built on 50 acres, will be phased within a period of 7 years. First student intake is planned for January 2023 in selected bachelor-level programs. we allocated 1.7 billion Egyptian pounds to invest in Project

We know that the branch will reflects the University’s size and scope, so the branch will be appropriately scaled with a wise use of resources where the effect and impression given by the arrangements and furnishings should keep the university image internationally. Appropriate and adequate physical resources and support services will be available to accommodate the proposed academic programs including both teaching and special requirements. Sports facilities and temporary student lounge and dining areas will be available till the opening of Student union building. student union building will include lounges, wellness centers, dining facilities and entertainment venues, one stop shop the building will host all student affairs and activities and the offices of the student government or other student groups. It may also act as a conference center. the university will use solar energy at the final stages where the plan 50% of the ceiling cover by solar units to provide solar energy also at the campus we use fiber optics capable and smart automation system

The New Administrative Capital, a large-scale project in Egypt that has been under construction since 2015 developed to serve as the administration center of the country housing the main government departments and ministries and foreign embassies The location of Capital Universities has been strategically picked to tailor to the needs of an existing and growing urban center, and the needs of foreseeable, natural expansions of the city, in terms of geography and population. New Cairo capital city is located 45 KM east of Cairo of a total area of 170,000 feddan. The new capital city lies between the regional ring road, the Cairo-Suez Road and Cairo-El Ain El Sokhna Road.

Egypt’s Vision 2030 includes a detailed plan to build a knowledge-based economy and fill any potential skill gap in the current and future labor market in Egypt and the Middle East, fulfilling the region’s growing academic community, in population and diversity, by bringing world-class education institutions to the country. Within the Egyptian higher education sector, there are several dimensions that provide proven favorable conditions for new TNE operations in Egypt, including the recent change in regulations and legislation, the availability of talent and staffing, the higher education market in Egypt, and the country’s geopolitical position. The establishment and operation of International Universities campus in Egypt is governed by Law No. 162 for Year 2018 IBCs in Egypt regulated by the Council of International Universities in Egypt, which is a regulatory body within the Ministry of Higher Education whose members are made of presidents of International Universities Branches, in addition to Minister advisors. It is headed by the Minister of Higher Education. The establishment of International University Branch campus in Egypt requires a presidential decree after satisfying a list of requirements set by the Council of International Universities.
